Suomen Teollisuuskatot will deliver several roof renovation projects in spring 2026, led by a major commercial project in Espoo.

Suomen Teollisuuskatot is responsible for the overall delivery of the RENOLIT ALKORPLAN roofing solution for a demanding data center project in South-Eastern Finland. The contract was signed in November 2025, and construction began in early 2026. The scope of work covers the entire process, from early-stage consulting and design solutions to site planning, project management, and installation of the roofing structure.
The roofing solution is implemented as a Reroof structure and is FM-approved, ensuring a high level of fire safety, weather resistance, and long service life.
